I am an NY based partial wedding planner and month of coordinator with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and events world. My company Tres Belle Fête NYC specializes in South Asian & Multicultural weddings.

Movies turned me into the ultimate romantic dreamer, leading me, an economics PhD to quit academia and pursue my love for food, hospitality and events.

In the past decade plus, I have made every kind of wedding magic happen from Bollywood-style extravaganzas to intimate celebrations at home.The economist in me still lives on though making me extremely meticulous and detail-oriented with a razor focus on budgets and timelines, all geared towards creating an unforgettable day for you and yours.

Services OFFERED

day of coordination

You are a planner extraordinaire and have already picked your venue, theme and all your vendors. Now is the time to relax and hand over all of the list-making, vendor emailing and spreadsheet-editing to me!

Services start 30-45 days prior to the event and cost $3.5k~

    • Complimentary Consultation + Introductory Call

    • Video call or in-person kickoff meeting to review vendors, flow of events and pending to-dos

    • Final site visit with clients (and key vendors if feasible)

    • Creating a detailed timeline for the day of and sharing it with venue, vendors and key wedding party members

    • Taking over RSVPs and dietary restrictions

    • Reviewing vendor contracts and coordinating final details with all vendors

    • Point person on the day of for venue, vendors and guests

    • Style and set up all DIY decor elements

    • Oversee full setup and breakdown and troubleshoot and find solutions for any last-minute issues

    • Keeping the entire day running smoothly and on time

    • Ensuring guests know where to go and are aware of scheduled events

    • Oversee unloading and packing up of rentals if any

    • Oversee disposal of all trash and recycling by appropriate vendors

    • Collect all personal items and gifts and return to vendor or designated person(s) or location

    • Distribute any gratuities or pending payments to vendors

You are already planning your wedding and have signed contracts with the venue and key vendors but could use help on certain aspects + day of coordination.

This could involve finding specific vendors, collaborating on DIY design and decor, preparing rental lists, planning welcome drinks or an after party - really anything you like!

Services start 90-120 days prior and start at $5k~

    • Complimentary Consultation + Introductory Call

    • Video call or In-person Kickoff Meeting to review overall vision, vendors, events and pending planning areas

    • Creating a timeline-based to-do list using Trello or preferred planning system to make the planning process painless and efficient

    • Assistance with researching and procuring remaining vendors

    • Reviewing vendor contracts and coordinating with all the vendors to confirm final details and timeline

    • Unlimited calls and meetings as required to fill the planning gaps to client’s satisfaction

    • Creating a detailed timeline for the day of

    • Handling RSVPs, dietary restrictions and special requests

    • Scheduling final site visit with clients and key vendors

    • Point person on the day of for venue, vendors and guests
